We are so excited you have chosen Wee Care as a place for your child to grow in their spiritual and educational development. Here at Wee Care Christian School, we strive to lay a strong spiritual and education foundation in every child by telling the next generation the praise worthy deeds of our great and mighty God, so they will one day set their hope in Him.
Wee Care Christian Preschool is currently part of the Better Beginnings, Arkansas Quality Rating Improvement System, and we seek to offer excellent quality as well as the safe nurturing environment every parent expects.
Curriculum
At wee care Christian preschool, our goal is to offer every child a safe, nurturing environment to grow in the wisdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Each classroom birth through 5 years old is equipped with qualified teachers, engaging learning centers, and structured routines to help lay the strong spiritual and educational foundation parents seek for their children. Classrooms are designed to support each child’s unique ability to learn and to encourage growth and development in all areas of self: social, emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual.
To accomplish this teachers utilize The Arkansas Early Childhood framework, Adventures In Learning Curriculum, The Jesus Story Book Bible, Scripture memory, and Prayer. The variety of resources enables teachers to build thematic units that provide:
- Guidance and activities in each unit to help children develop reading, writing and math skills appropriate to his or her stage of development.
- Monthly units that provide opportunities for children to learn about God’s world and how we live in it.
- A foundation for understanding God, Jesus, the Bible, the Church, self and others, and the natural world.
The activities we plan for children, the way we organize the environment, select materials and plan the schedule, are all designed to accomplish the goals of our curriculum and give your child a strong foundation.
