Women’s Christmas Tea

Women,

You’re invited to our fourth annual Women’s Christmas Tea Saturday, December 3rd at 3:00pm in the Chapel! We will gather together to celebrate the first coming of Christ and look forward to His second coming. We hope to create a time of beauty and reflection as we worship the Lord

 

This Christmas Tea is meant to serve as an outreach opportunity for UBC women to invite our non-Christian friends and family to hear the gospel in an informal setting. Please prayerfully consider who you might invite to come with you. To best utilize our UBC social media, please share the posts to your own feed, but then follow up with personal invites tothose the Lord lays on your heart. Festive, casual Christmas attire is recommended, but not required.

 

We are overjoyed to get to host this event as a seated tea service. We do have some needs we can meet together to help make this a lovely, festive gathering of women around God’s Word! Please consider bringing a savory or sweet finger food, or helping to set up or clean up. You can sign up to serve by clicking HERE.

 

Please join us in praying for the women that will attend the Christmas Tea, that the Lord will use this time to sow seeds of faith and draw women to Him in saving faith. Pray that the Lord would be glorified through the performances and readings. Pray that the reason for Christ’s coming to Earth would be clearly proclaimed and easily understood. Pray for our speaker, Anna Nunn, as she prepares her devotion, and pray that the discussion questions will encourage women, whether believers or non-believers, to think deeply about the purpose of Christ’s first coming.
